The 2025 Richard Mille AlUla Desert Polo reached a spectacular conclusion on Saturday, with Team Richard Mille crowned champions after two days of riveting action.
Richard Mille featuring Pablo MacDonough, Clare Milford Haven, and Mohammed AlSewedy defeated Ikmah of Nacho Figueras, HRH Prince Hamza bin Abbas, and Ploy Bhinsaeng 8-6 in a thrilling match in the Richard Mille Cup Final to lift the prestigious Desert Polo trophy.
It was an electric and tightly-contested final, with the two teams level at 6-6 until the final minute of the fourth chukker when Richard Mille scored two late goals to clinch the title.
The headline match concluded two days of top-class polo at AlFursan Equestrian Village as the world’s first organized desert polo tournament delivered another memorable spectacle in AlUla.
Following the Round Robin Zone matches on Friday, the Cup Finals were the focus on Saturday, with the six participating teams determined to end the tournament with silverware.
Team Dadan of Mia Cambiaso, HRH Prince Abbas bin Ali, and Miguel Morel and Team Budget of Millie Hine, Harry Medina, and Phillip Müller got the action started with the Wooden Spoon Cup Final, and it was Dadan who emerged victorious 7-6 following an exciting match.
That was followed by the Subsidiary Cup final between the runners-up of Zone A and Zone B, Team AlUla and Team Bentley. The trophy went to Bentley (Poroto Cambiaso, HRH Sultan bin Khaled Al Faisal, and Sarah Siegel-Magness), who claimed a 6-5 win over AlUla (Adolfo Cambiaso, Clarinda Tija-Dharmadi, and Abdulmohsen Alkohair).
The stage was then set for the big final and Richard Mille and Ikmah certainly put on a show, contesting an epic match packed with drama, thrills, and top-class polo.
The MVP award went to HRH Prince Hamza bin Abbas, a highly-deserved accolade following an impressive tournament, while the Best Female Player award was won by Clare Milford Haven. Nacho Figueras collected the Top Goalscorer trophy and the Best playing pony was awarded to Obsoleta, from the La Dolfina breeding and ridden by Pablo MacDonough.

The Richard Mille Cup Final provided a fitting conclusion to another unforgettable tournament, which has quickly established itself as a highlight of Saudi Arabia’s sports scene.
In addition to world-class polo, guests enjoyed a vibrant Fan Village with entertainment, music, and a dedicated Kids Zone with activities for the whole family.
